The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, State of Louisiana is proud to announce the development of an Electronic Court System (eCourt) allowing registered counsel of record a wide range of services. This portal will allow for a SINGLE log-in, utilizing a uniform authentication process, to cases that counsel is enrolled as attorney of record.

Only members in good standing of the Louisiana State Bar Association are eligible to become registered users of eCourt.

• Complete and submit the registration application.
• After you have completed the registration and selected which eCourt services to utilize, your information will be verified by our court.
• An email confirming eCourt services will be sent to you.
• Log in with the supplied information from your primary attorney's email address to benefit from our services.

Note: Attorneys must complete the registration process and supply their email address. Support staff can be added as an alternate email once registration has been confirmed by our court.
