The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, State of Louisiana is proud to announce the development of an Electronic
Court System (eCourt) allowing registered counsel of record a wide range of services. This portal will allow for a SINGLE log-in, utilizing a uniform authentication process, to cases that counsel is enrolled as attorney of record.
Our Electronic Court System (eCourt) is a suite of services that provides attorneys and the general public online access to cases in the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
eCourt services include:

eNotification
- eFiling
- eAccess
eNotification
eNotification is a voluntary service that allows counsel of record to receive instant email notification of court-issued notices, orders, decisions, opinions, and dockets.
eFiling
eFiling is a voluntary service only available to attorneys that allows registered counsel to electronically file in the Court.
eAccess
eAccess is a fee-based service that provides attorneys and the general public online access to case records and filings.
Note: Attorneys must complete the registration process and supply their email address. Support staff can be added as an alternate email once registration has been confirmed by our court.
